Participation in the HClicks Affiliate Program, operated by XRW Media, LLC. , constitutes the sending of web traffic / visitors to any of our revenue generating programs. HClicks, XRW Media, LLC.., pays our affiliates bi-monthly on the 1st and 16th of each month.
Blind Per-Click Program - up to 10¢/CPC
Affiliate payouts per click range from $0.02 USD to $0.10 USD per-unique clickthru to our gateway. A qualified click must pass a series of fraud protection scrubs to assure the click is a legitimate one from and acceptable country and referrer. Clicks and affiliate earnings will be logged in real-time inside the affiliate admin area.
Gallery CPM Program - $1/CPM
Affiliate payouts per thousand English language unique visitors for the Gallery CPM Program starts at $1.00 USD/CPM. Earnings are calculated based off of unique page impressions per 24-hour period. Several additional fraud screening factors are taken into account when tabulating earnings for the Gallery CPM Program.
Exit/Popunder Program - $3/CPM
Affiliate payouts per thousand 24-hour unique visitors for the Exit/Popunder Program start at $3 USD/CPM. Participants in the Exit-Popunder Program may not spawn our Exit/Popup windows from a web page within a series or "chain" of popups.
Redirect/404 Program - $1.50/CPM
Affiliate payouts per thousand 24-hour unique visitors for the Redirect/404 Program start at $1.50 USD/CPM.
Earnings & Payment
Upon signing up to the Affiliate Program, you must select a minimum amount for your earnings to reach before payouts are issued. Once you reach that amount your payout will be scheduled for review and issued upon approval. Payouts are done on the 1st and 16th of every month for the previous period's ending balance. Amounts below your minimum payout amount will be carried over into the next period.

All traffic you send to us must come from a webpage. We DO NOT allow news group, email or chat room spamming. You cannot send hits from a non-adult host or free host (eg. Geocities, Tripod, Angelfire). All websites must be exclusively in the English language. All websites must be "hentai","manga","anime","toon" oriented.
We do not support any website engaged in, promoting, linking to, or having apparent links to the following; child pornography, beastiality, underage sex, rape, incest, password trading, warez, or hacking sites, or any site engaged in illegal activity (including copyright infringement) and therefore will terminate without pay any webmasters operating those sites.
Traffic cannot be generated from pages spawned by a virus, trojan, or any unwanted or malicious software. Your page cannot be part of a "paid to surf", "pay to view", "pay to click", or similar scheme.We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated earnings.
We reserve the right to change the payout rate. All payouts are in U.S. funds. We reserve the right to delete accounts that have been inactive for 30 days. These accounts will be paid in full for all earnings, as long as payment due is greater than $10. We also reserve the right to cancel any account at any time with full payment.We may not allow webmasters from any of the following countries to advertise; any part of the former Soviet Union, Pakistan, Cyprus, Romania, Poland, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Turkey, Iraq, Iran or Afghanistan. You must provide us with your correct legal name, address and contact information, as this agreement is a legally binding contract between you and XRW Media, LLC. Failure to provide correct information will lead to termination and non-payment.
HClicks accepts all traffic to our program, regardless of country of origin. But, we do ask that webmasters maintain a reasonable balance of traffic from all parts of the world. We reserve the right to exclude paying for certain countries or regions of the world.You may not open other browser windows in front of or behind the window when our link is clicked. You may have only one entrance console on the pages that contain our link.
