General terms and conditions for participation in the HClicks Affiliate Program herein referred to as "The Program","We","Affiliate Program". HClicks.com is owned and operated by XRW Media, LLC.
Can I blind link to your program?
Yes, you may blind link to our sites as long as the link or traffic has something to do with hentai/manga/anime. You wouldn't want to link a gay thumbnail to a straight site would you? We are a hentai per click program interested in buying hentai traffic only. If you send non-hentai related traffic we'll know about it and you could have your account terminated.
Can I send emails to promote your program?
Absolutely not. Even CAN-SPAM compliant emails are not allowed to be sent promoting any of our sites. We're not setup to handle emails, more specifically complaints, and we do not endorse illegal sending of emails. Anyone caught sending email traffic to our links will have their account terminated.
Am I allowed to have more then one account?
Yes. If you require additional accounts for traffic purposes please let us know that you are creating them, after letting us know - yes you may have multiple accounts as long as you are not referring yourself in an attempt to defraud the HClicks affiliate program.
Can I link to you using the word "FREE"?
Sure, the only link descriptions that are not allow are those including illegal descriptions (i.e. preteen, illegal, beastiality, child p*orn) or off-topic words (i.e. Download Gay Movies / Free IQ Test).
Do you accept foreign traffic?
Yes, we accept traffic from many non-US countries however we have recently started excluding undesirable countries from our statistics. Is HClicks responsible for downtime?
No, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of traffic, clicks, moneys, or revenue because of server failure or other related or unrelated downtimes. To date we feel we have always compensated affiliates fairly for any intentional or unintentional downtimes but we cannot be held legally accountable for such incidents.
Modification of Terms
Periodically we may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement without notice and in our sole discretion. Notice of any such modifications or changes will be sent via e-mail, to your physical address which you have provided, or published to the HClicks.com website. Modifications to our terms take effect 48 hours after notice has been made unless the severity of a modification is urgent, in which case the compliance deadline will be noted clearly in any notice dispatched to our affiliates. As an affiliate, should a modification to this Agreement occur, you are granted until the specified deadline to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program. Further participation past the deadline shall constitute your binding acceptance of the change.
